Insight: Customers need a way to seamlessly navigate between creation and management within one space. Needing to spatially reorient themselves when moving between pages increases their cognitive load.

User needs: The primary web customers is a small business user, who typically creates and manages multiple virtual cards within one session (ex. creating for multiple employees at once). They need an easy way to create/view/manage within one page.

Tech constraint: Updating the entire backend to combine the existing manage experience with the new home experience would increase scope for MVP too drastically.

Solution: Design a user flow where the customer can create in one section and then see their recently creased virtual card appear in the section below. Allowing the ability to manage and create more within one session for a more seamless experience.
