Insight: Customers too easily create store specific virtual cards, resulting in unused virtual cards and unnecessary increase in BIN utilization rates

Solution: Add a level of intentional friction in the CX to prevent unintentional card generation. This additionally creates space for scaling customer card controls and primary users creating for their authorized users.
